• Organizational Annual Update (listed in portal)
• No Overdue Taxes Form

Use EBS/GMS to submit the following:

• NEW: Claim Companion Workbook updated 11/2023. (to document grant expenses for all non-donated mini-grant projects, to be uploaded to GMS with claims)
• Unpaid Vendor Verification Form (upload to GMS with claims)
