Use this Acquisition Closing Submission Portal to submit the following:

• Quarterly Progress Report
• Conservation Agreements for Pre-Review
• Pre-Closing
  • Appraisals
  • Pre-Closing Initial and Revised Document Packet (listed in portal)
  • Joint Representation and Conflict Waiver
• Post-Closing
  • Post-Closing Document Packet
  • Final Report Form

Non-profits must submit and/or update pre-disbursement documentation annually. 

Use EBS/GMS to submit the following:

• Claim Companion Workbook updated 3/2026 (to document grant expenses for all non-donated mini-grant projects, to be uploaded to GMS with claims)
• Donated Mini-Grant Claim Companion Workbook updated 3/2026 (to document grant expenses for all DMG projects, to be uploaded to GMS with claims)
• Unpaid Vendor Verification Form
